The goals of Lord Catness are to provide original, eco-friendly clothing, to foster your rebel spirit, and to give a big middle finger to the corporate way of doing things.
All of our clothes originate as second-hand items. Why? We believe it's ridiculous to produce new clothing these days, creating more potential waste when there is so much we can reuse, rebrand, reinvent… This is what we do. We carefully select good quality basic items from second-hand stores , print our designs on them, and voila - something old becomes exciting and new, a one-of-a-kind Lord Catness creation. This concept guarantees originality. You know that no one else in the whole world will have the same t-shirt or sweatshirt that you do.
Lord Catness is for rebels, for people who don't fit in with the crowd, people who are different. On an environmental level, one of the main things the brand is rebelling against is the waste created by huge corporate clothing producers. By wearing Lord Catness, you are saying a big “no” to this, and yes to minimizing waste and helping our planet.
WHO IS THE CAT ON YOUR CLOTHES?
Mizia is the face of Lord Catness. She was a kind soul, which didn't stop her from being one of the most successful businesswomen of all time. A diabetic for most of her life, Mizia managed to live to a ripe age of 18. She was a tough, resilient, and inspirational cat who proved time and again that illness and other hardships would not stop her. Her face on our clothes is a reminder to all of us to keep going in spite of adversity. In honor of her, we have committed to always donate 10% of our profits to local animal rescue charities.
